Installation of our products is done with the dedication of our installers making sure each window is completed correctly and professionally. Their exemplary work is concluded with great care to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Shipments are sent via UPS, our fast and reliable source. We understand there will be occasions when customers will not be able to have deliveries or pickups, therefore we make sure for those in farther areas to receive their products. Common products that are shipped out are color samples and blinds.
Please inspect all shipments as soon as they arrive. If you suspect freight damage, you can REFUSE shipment, Inspect the products, MAKE A WRITTEN STATEMENT ON THE FREIGHT BILL, or call Lone Star Shutters for instructions before you receive any shipment.
INSPECTION AND REPORTING OF FREIGHT DAMAGES IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Failure to follow these procedures could result in your claims being denied.
